Basingstoke Friends Meetup Group

Basingstoke Friends is a well-established not-for-profit social and activities club for professional & like-minded people living or working in the Central Hampshire area.  There are no age limits, everyone is welcome to join.

Members of Basingstoke Friends arrange events every month throughout the Basingstoke and North Hampshire area and occasionally further afield. There's a wide range to choose from: Theatre, Cinema, Curry Nights, Country walks, cycling, Pub Games & much more. 

Free Pay As You Go (PAYG) membership
This membership entitles you to see all public web site event details and attend any public events such as the Monthly Social Evenings. As a PAYG member, you may be either invited  or required to pay a guest fee for some of our events. Admission to any full member events is at the discretion of the event organiser and may be subject to payment of an additional guest fee.

Verified Full Membership
Full membership is only £3 a month paid quarterly by direct debit with no joining fee. This pays for administration, the web site, insurance, book keeping and contributes towards the Science Cafe speakers expenses.  Full membership also entitles you to add your own social events in the club calendar. You will need to complete an application to ensure you have verified liability insurance cover for any events you may organise. 

Full Membership has many benefits including access to the holidays and weekends away events from other member groups of the Association of IVCs around the country.
